Why a well-planned move runs more smoothly
Preparation you can see
For Olympian Movers, four moments shape the work: preparing the property, protecting furniture, sequencing the load, and placing each piece where it belongs.

Built around the customer handoff
A good move starts before anything is lifted. Olympian Movers organizes the route through both properties, identifies priority pieces, and builds the loading order around the rooms waiting at the destination.
For Olympian Movers, parking, stairs, elevators, long carries, and doorways belong in the Cuyahoga County move scope.
Before the first piece crosses a doorway, Olympian Movers considers furniture, floors, walls, and other finished surfaces.
Olympian Movers keeps labels, placement notes, and contact details tied together from the origin to the destination.
What sets the process apart
Across Cuyahoga County, Olympian Movers keeps three principles visible from the first walkthrough through final placement.
Before Olympian Movers sets the schedule, truck position, carrying routes, stairs, elevators, and property rules are recorded.
Olympian Movers reviews furniture protection and the carrying path before large pieces leave the Cuyahoga County property.
Olympian Movers closes the move by placing priority furniture and checking the destination room by room.
“The best moving plan is specific enough for the customer and every person handling the move to follow.”

A move is a chain of handoffs
The origin walkthrough, packing notes, loading sequence, route, and destination placement should operate as one plan-not as separate conversations.

Placement standardAnswers before moving day
Useful planning answers for local, residential, commercial, packing, and longer-distance moves.
Earlier planning gives more time to confirm access, inventory, packing needs, and the preferred date. Busy weekends and month-end dates usually require more flexibility.
Yes. Packing can be planned as a full-home, partial, fragile-only, or unpacking scope, with materials and labeling defined separately.
Long-distance moves require a more detailed inventory, route and delivery expectations, destination access, and written responsibility for each stage.
Confirm parking, elevator reservations, loading windows, stairs, building rules, and any certificate requirements before move day.
Inventory, crew requirements, distance, stairs, elevators, long carries, packing, special handling, access, and timing all affect the final scope.
Separate essentials, confirm room labels, identify items not moving, clear access routes, and keep keys, documents, medications, and valuables with you.

My husband has already left a review for this company, however, we were so impressed with them that I felt it necessary to add an additional review. Jonathan, Angel, and Dario were not only efficient, they were genuinely great people. Jonathan demonstrated his high level of experience in the way he led Angel and Dario, and in the advice/tips he provided my husband throughout the process. They handled our belongings with the utmost respect and care. We were politely communicated with in every stage. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this specific team to anyone planning a move.
Thank you Daniel & Justin! Y'all were great! Saved us a lot of headache and hassle with our move. Easy to coordinate with the team and they were flexible when I needed.
We are so grateful for Sukh and Harry’s help with my Father’s move. They were kind, respectful, professional and hard working. Thank you so much!
I can't recommend this company’s service highly enough. From our initial contact, Martin R. was not only professional but also incredibly personable. He took the time to address all of my concerns, provide clear and detailed information. The responsiveness and patience were particularly noteworthy, ensuring that I felt supported every step of the way. Thanks to their exceptional service, my move was smooth and stress-free.
These “Olympian Movers” helped my dad move today. They were efficient, professional, and genuinely nice guys. Thank you and keep up the great work.
Good service but it was more expensive that I thought it would be. The contract had a minimum of 3 hours, which is fine. The whole job took them 4 hours, so I was expecting paying for 4 hours, but instead they charge the minimum of 3 hours plus the 4 hours, coming to a total of 7 hours. It would be clear to state in the contract that the minimum of 3 hours would be a extra fee or something, but the way it's phrased gives an impression that it'd be deducted if you use 3+ hours.
